The Wright Standard Starts With Who We Hire.

Every Wright caregiver is a thoroughly screened Direct Care Worker. Background-checked, drug tested, bonded, and insured before their first placement — not during orientation, and not on the job at a client's expense. We typically hire Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Direct Care Workers (DCW) with verified home care experience. We do not lower our Standard to fill a schedule.
